What file format should I send for printing?+
We accept AI, PDF, EPS or high-resolution TIFF/PNG (300dpi). Vector files are preferred for crisp lines and accurate colour. If you only have a mockup or sketch, our design team can help recreate it.
Can you match my exact brand colour?+
Yes. We use Pantone spot colour matching with DE < 1 tolerance, and we send a physical colour proof before bulk production so you can confirm the result.
What is full-bleed printing?+
Full-bleed means the printed colour or pattern extends all the way to the edge of the bag (including sides and gusset), with no blank white border. We recommend a 3mm bleed area in your artwork.
Can you print photographs or complex illustrations?+
Absolutely. Our offset CMYK presses handle detailed illustrations, photographs and gradient patterns with smooth colour transitions. For very small text, we recommend keeping it above 6pt for clarity.
What is the MOQ for full colour printed bags?+
Standard MOQ is 1,000 pieces per design for paper shopping bags. For rigid gift boxes the MOQ is 500 pieces. Smaller trial orders can be discussed case by case.
How long does sampling and production take?+
Physical printed sample is ready in 3–5 working days after artwork approval. Bulk production takes 12–15 working days after sample sign-off, depending on quantity and print complexity.
